Salon Deposit Policy For Groups (Groups of 3+)
All of our appointments are very important to us. This is time we’ve set aside just for you and we don’t want anyone to miss the opportunity to receive services. Prior to your appointment, we require a deposit of 30% of the service amount. This will later be deducted from the service fee if there is no cancellation without notice.
Cancellation Policy For Groups
Each client’s appointment is important to us. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. If you fail to give a 24-hour notice, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.
Late Policy
To respect our clients and appointments, please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannnot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to rescehdule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you within 15 or more minutes into your scheduled time it is considered a no show and there will be no refund on your deposit.

If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 7 days from your appointment and we will fix the issue at no cost.
